For our first assignment in which we will be analyzing technical writing documents, I have chosen a user manual for a Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender. As it was a purchase I made, I have some experience with having read the directions when setting up my wi-fi extender. I think the fact that I was a part of the audience for this document might help because I know what things about the user manual helped and what things could have been improved on for clarity.
Here is a link to the guide although I also have a hard copy of it. However the hard copy is a lot shorter and seems to have a lot less information.
